CALCULATING THE CORRECT HEIGHT RAISER
CALCULATING THE CORRECT HEIGHT RAISER
1. The correct seat height can be calculated by measuring the distance from the floor to the crease at the back of your knees. 2. When seated, your hips and knees should be at right angles while your feet are flat on the floor when wearing your normal inside shoes. 3. A slightly higher seat can make it easier to stand up and sit down, particularly if you have any pain or weakness in your legs.
